Do you feel the vibration in the brake pedal too? Could be rotors. Could be pads.

 

I have an 08 mdx but I had the same problem. I resurfaced the rotors and got new brakes and it was gone.

 

That's usually due to warped rotors, although sometimes it's something else.

 

It's usually due either to warped rotors, or rotors with uneven deposits of brake pad material on their surface. You can try "bedding" the brakes (going through a series of progressively harder stops to get the brakes really hot, then parking the car without using the brakes any more), but if that doesn't work, the solution is to either turn the rotors or replace them.
