Maybe switching to 5w30 high mileage oil and hope that it stop? Mine does not leak yet, but I switched to HM oil hoping to prevent it.

Do you live in Boston or Chicago area? If you live in the Boston area, I know a Honda/Acura specialist repair shop that I can recommend.

I know this is an old post but I’ve got a 14 mdx and was told the rear main seal is going. Local repair place wants 2k and I got the dealer down to 1900. If you have a place in boston area that can do it and do it right for less I’d love it. I called several places I trust and they all told me to take it to the dealership.
