Realistically the Acura Remote Start option only has a range of 100ft. In our case my wife parks in a very large windy parking lot with real temps (not wind chill factor hype) of -10F (Minnesota) or colder.
Would like to add a quality aftermarket unit with the longer range but am concerned that the install will have unintended consequences on the MDX. I hope that these days the units simply need power and then their brain does the work on the MDX network. Fear that the 20 somethings installing the unit dont understand the complexities of this car.
