Totaled my 2010 tech package. Got this 2011 advanced/entertainment pkg with 22’s on it. Love the look!
definitely some nice 22's!....several of my friends/family members used to have 22's on their 2nd gen MDX's and all agreed that while they definitely enhanced their 2nd gen. MDXs' overall appearances, the overall toll that the heavier weight of the larger wheels (in comparison to the stock 18 or 19 inch wheels) unleashed on their suspensions just wasn't worth it in the end, esp. considering how expensive the OEM magnetic shocks cost when they need to be replaced....

however with that being said, those 22's definitely look sharp on your '11 MDX! :29:

I once saw an identical set of wheels AND tires for $600. I was very tempted even though I knew that I was going to deal with a less honorable member of the society. But I let it go in the end.

For example

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/wto/d/portola-valley-20-wheels-for-2018-acura/6842088030.html

https://sacramento.craigslist.org/wto/d/rio-linda-20-acura-mdx-wheels-rims-rlx/6835156372.html
wise choice :29:

if you had given in to the 'deal', then you would have potentially left yourself susceptible to either your morals having taken a serious dip and/or yourself possibly getting robbed in the actual meetup/transaction itself! :surprise:

craigslist scares the crap outta me! too many stories out there of transactions initiated on that particular site, with some very bad endings for a few unsuspecting victims....:frown2:

*on a side note, those 20 inch 2018 MDX wheels sure don't look too bad at all on an older, 2nd gen. MDX!

I thought the later MDX wheels weren’t compatible with the 2nd gen. My 08 wheels are weathered and trashed, would love to get a factory set from a newer one.

correct--> 2014-2017 MDX's wheels are not compatible with 2007-2013 MDX's....however, a sudden change by Acura in the wheel bolt pattern (designed into 2018 year and up MDX's) have made these 2018 OEM MDX wheels compatible- so yes, 2018 and up year MDX wheels will fit your 2nd. gen. MDX as pictured above on that maroon colored 2008 MDX (equipped with 20 inch 2018 MDX wheels) :29:

After about 3 years of somewhat steadily searching craigslist, I finally found a set of 20" PVD Black Chrome ZDX wheels I've been looking for. These are my favorite wheels on the MDX just damn hard to find used. For reference, they have Goodyear Eagle Sport All-season 275/40r20 tires on them.

Nice 20 inch ZDX wheels on your 2nd gen. MDX! Those are nice- hopefully the larger size/heavier weight of those particular wheels don't affect your ride's overall performance, handling, wear & tear on the shocks!....nice find:wink:

Thanks, appreciate it!

Wear & tear we’ll have to see, but overall ride performance has improved. Don’t feel the little bumps as much anymore. Could be the tire change too so it’s tough to say. For me, it drastically improves the look of the MDX. Makes me care about it again haha.

Checked wheel fitment today, excited for Spring to arrive to mount them up with tires. Orderering P265/45/20 Pirelli Scorpion Verde all season plus tires now that I’m sure they fit. Installed tpms sensors and hub centric rings ready to go.
How have your rims held up I love that look, I’m thinking of doing the same !
