Hello, this is my first Post but I am absolutely stumped on this issue. I have having issues with my 2007 Acura MDX continuously giving me the warning to check my charging system. It struggles to accelerate and the center console electronics will sporadically turn on and off. The battery is healthy and I just replaced the alternator and is reading at 14 volts. What should my next steps be to figure out what the issue is?

Hey @Ruscob, that sounds like a frustrating issue, especially with the center console electronics flickering even after you've already replaced the alternator. Have you had a chance to check the battery cables and ground connections to make sure they're clean and tight? Adding that detail might help the folks here narrow down what's going on
Most likely you used a lesser alternator. Do you want to share what kind of alternator you used and where you bought it?
