When trying to load CD's, or even ejecting CDs from the stereo, the stereo keeps saying "BUSY" or "ERROR". It sounds like it keeps trying to change the CD but nothing is happening. Even when I attempt to load a CD into an empty slot, it keeps saying "LOAD" or "BUSY" and an eventual error.
Can anyone explain why this is happening? Is it a common issue? We are taking the vehicle to an Acura dealership tomorrow, and I hope it is covered under warranty. We have not jammed anything into the player nor have we attempted to load a CD when it doesn't say LOAD.
This is a base 2009 MDX with the basic stereo.
Worst case - is there any aftermarket solutions to install an aftermarket stereo?
