I have been lurking in the forum for about a year and have finally picked up my own X. Black/tan Nav/Res.
I have already enjoyed detailing the X. Tried out the Nanowax from Eagleone. I use nothing but microfiber towels and it came out well. No swirl marks that I can see.
I only plan to modify the tires and wheels. I am thinking about the OZ Classe wheels in 19 " x 8" with 40mm + offset. Im not going for a Bling factor, I just want to visually balance the bottom of the X with beefier(wider) rubber and slightly larger rims. Im also trying to minimize any negative effects of a heavier rim (harshness, noise MPG etc). If I gain some handling, that would be nice also.
