thanks for the reply. Based on the posts the compliance bushings could be the issue. I'll update this post after the dealership checks it out.

 

You should hear these vehicles at -30 deg C.
Its not pretty!
Also the suspension complete goes away, even with soft winter tyres on 18' rims. I can't imagine 19" rims and sports tyres!!!
I just don't see this vehicle being engineered for cold climates like I imagined it should have, and yet on the third generation.

Besides they have those commercials showing them testing Acuras in Minnesota at -30F. They have to be great in the cold temps, right?

As far as cold weather and my 2010 MDX, I am talking grave disappointment.
Anything colder than -12 deg C and thats when you notice changes in ride for sure. I would like to take a basic model out for a ride over potholes and bumps. I think I will. This week is going to be cold again, so I'll try to get one from the dealer.
Had a TL for 1.5 weeks, that was fun and fast but it wasn't AWD. Again though, it banged when the temperature dipped. The creaks and plastic noises are extensive.
