After I had a flat tire with my last car and couldn't get the lug nuts loosened with the OEM tools, I went down the rabbit hole to make sure I never had that problem again. Fortunately I was able to limp into a parking lot of a tire place who helped out.

Now both of my cars have the following tools:
-Breaker bar to loosen and tighten lug nuts
-Torque wrench with lug nut kit to fully tighten to 94 lb-ft

Make sure you do the star pattern, and typically I torque to half first go-round (say 45-ish lb-ft) then repeat at full torque.

I was planning on taking off the rear tires of my car to install the splash guards but got probably 90% of the way up, but the jack was really flimsy to me so I didn't feel comfortable getting the tire all the way off the ground. Ended up aborting it and found a way to install the rear splash guards without taking the tires off.
