Which remote start on 2012 new MDX?

Shopping for MDX w/Tech. Dealer says they use "AUTO ACTION" brand remote start which is better than OEM product. Anyone know about this product?
Also, car w/optons list price is over $53k... dealer quotes out-the-door-price under 48k. Almost 6k diff. Does this sound reasonable?
