Can someone disprove most/all of this? In a convincing manner (please no "but my wife's cousin's husband's sister's housemaid's cousin saw a plane" stories)

It's interesting but amazing what one can stir up by conveniently omitting facts and pictures and adding unattributable quotes. The biggest (without getting into government conspiracy theories) is where did the airplane end up if not at the Pentagon ?

I toured the Pentagon the day before the attack. I do know that the walls and corridors were hella thick so whatever hit the building had to have some serious force.

The fire was hot enough to cause explosions of some propane tanks outside the building. We could hear it all the way downtown at our hotel.

Normally you would expect to see engine and wing/tail parts strewn about. The impact to the Pentagon is not about to be as devastating as the twin towers, due to the thick multiple concrete walls.
Most damage would be to the plane which will literally disintegrate and burn up in the fuel fire. Punching a hole in the Pentagon is not likely. Even the lastest bunker busters would have a challenge.
It's food for thought.

I don't know what to think about the other stuff, though--not convinced that its a conspiracy. How does one account for the people who were on the plane who aren't accounted for?

It is interesting, though. No question about it.

ANYthing can be a conspiracy. But, I think time will tell for sure. For now, I'll go with the official account.

Well, who knows if we'll ever have the completely correct sequence of events and all the details but I trust those facts and conclusions a lot more.
