I have an Acura MDX 2005 and about 2 months ago I had my mechanic change the oil. He jacked it up on the drivers side only. After it was done, the VSA and triangle light came on and has been on ever since. He has no idea why. Any ideas what it could be? Is there maybe a sensor under that wheel that could have caused it?

The VSA uses the wheel speed sensors of the ABS system. Jacking the car up on one side only shouldn't have anything to do with causing an issue and likely was just a coincidence. You're going to need to take it to a shop that has the proper scan tool to find out which sensor or circuit is the issue.
