I converted my 2nd Gen MDX with active dampening suspension to passive and no longer need the front strut assembly. The active dampening system no longer worked. I could tell no difference between the sport and comfort setting and my father in law said the rear shocks were leaking fluid. However, the system did not have any fault codes and the ride quality after the conversion is about the same as it was before the conversion. So if you have an issue with your front ADS struts and don't want to do the conversion to passive, this might be of some value to you. Asking $20 + whatever it costs to ship. If you can pick up, then free. If I don't hear anything by Monday night, these go in the garbage.
