If you don't change dealers, then use the Acura Survey to punish the dealer ...

Acura can make great vehicles forever; however, they have got to get the "customer experience .. customer satisfaction" down if they want to run with the big guys.... they just don't get it .... such a shame, a real shame.

At least the Nav has a great attitude and personality!!

I totally agree. Sometimes a customer service rep from a 3rd party company will ask about my service. If I'm not satisfied with the service, I'll tell them the whole situation. That is the only way they will improve if they know what feedback they're getting.
