I ordered a Granite Green W/Navi. a month ago in Montclair Acura NJ.

I am the #1 on dealer's list for that color/trim MDX.
I am waiting for good news every day! but it never come.
Dealer said they have not received any one of that color/trim MDX since beginning.
I do not know how the manufacturer distribute the dealer's order.

How long I have to wait?

re: fender flares painted to match silver. Did the dealer paint them or did you had them painted at a separate body shop. Cost to paint them? How did you like the end result. I'm looking to buy them and wonder how the available dark grey color will look on my silver baby.
I live in Mount Vernon, NY

I have a base model
Mahogany

Rear Mud Flaps
Moon roof visor
Rubber Mats -- front and back
Separator Net
Cargo tray

I'm considering whether or not to add side boards.
What's with the fancy lightbulbs?

Love this car.

These are SOON TO COME. I haven't even done the research on this yet.

I'll keep you all informed.

The Fender flares do not look good stock on the Starlight Silver metallic. Color clashes. My opinion. Looks good on black & green but not silver.

Love this SUV too !

The Razo Premium whites give the appearance & quality of Xenon but cost only about $80 as opposed to $600 - $1,000 . Many people on this site have them already and have raved about them. I have them at home, waiting for my MDX to be return so I can put them in.

Any year now !

Still waiting for mine from Montclair Acura. Should be here in Feb.

Tri-State

I live in NYC. Went to Paragon in LIC; but they had all sorts of sporks like a 2nd destination charge of $495 and wanted to charge me $300 to "inspect" my 2 year old trade-in. Then I emailed Brunswick Acura mid Dec. and they had a base MDX coming in that week (it actually arrived that night). Picked it up at MSRP (no options) but they got me with a little lower trade. If interested call them and ask for Fred (nice guy; but still in it to make a profit).

RAZO lights - Are they brighter and better performing or do they just appear whiter (like HIDs)?
Let's get this club rolling!

I live in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY, southern Westchester county. Have just under 1,400 miles on our Mesa Beige MDX delivered November 24th.
It was ordered with both the touring and navigation packages. In addition I got a very expanded plood package, side steps, fender flares (look real good with the Beige in my opinion), mud flaps, rear tailgate deflector and engine block heater and plood wheel.
Ordered a bit from Tim at Hondacuraworld: cargo cover, cargo net, wheel locks, plood burl shift knob. Waiting on the air deflector.
Also bought McNeil all-season mats. Looking at bulb options and like the idea of buying locally in case I need warranty coverage. Brand is "Select"; 55 watt lows, 65 watt highs. Cost is $55 per pair. Trying them 1st in my other car.
Need to tend to side protection and warranty. Also interested in front protection but find the Acura protection piece downright ugly!
Now if I could only pry this car loose from my wife's grip I might be able to drive it a little more; she just won't give it up without a fight. Oh well, time to find those boxing gloves!!!
So when and where will we all meet???

BobP is all fired up !

That's good.

I'm trying to coordinate with the Admin to organize the Tri-State MDX's member information so that we can all view it and or print it out to make meeting easier.

Much to do, but the end result will be easy.

We'll keep you posted on when there will be a meet.
We have to get everyone & their information organizied first.

How cool would that be if all of us MDX owners cruised down the highway or city together like a convoy. An MDX parade down Time Square or on the Garden State Parkway. hehehehe Just a thought!
NYC Area

Franklin Square, Long Island

I am picking up my Deep Mahogany Pearl Base tomorrow from Rallye Acura.

I paid MSRP and got the following:

Full Size Spare: $389
Moonroof Visor: $169
Rear Splash Guards: $169
Running Boards: $995
Tailgate Deflector: $495
Wheel Locks: $89
Wood Shift Knob: $199

I know most of the prices are gouged.... but I didn't feel like dealing with buying accessories and having them put on later by the dealer.

I plan on getting the following from Tim at HondaAcuraWorld:

Cargo Cover: $104
Cargo Net $37.70
Cargo Tray: $89.70
Separation Net: I forgot the price

These are easily installed by me.

I live in Northern Westchester County, NY.

I've got a Mahogany Touring/Navi MDX. Front air deflector and rear mud flaps installed by the dealer. Cargo liner and all season mats on their way from Tim at Hondacuraworld.

I took delivery this past Saturday from Larry at Acura of Westchester. It was a relatively painless experience as car buying goes, save for the long wait. I put in my order in August.
