Just picked up my MDX yesterday (Black on Black/Touring/Navi) and noticed fluid in the driveway. A closer inspection revealed drops of red fluid which began after about 10 minutes of idling.

Obviously it goes back to the dealer tomorrow for inspection/repair. Should I be concerned? Has anyone else had this problem??

I noticed a pool of yellow fluid on the garage floor on the second day I had my car, which was about a week ago. They had to replace the main seal, which required dropping the engine and about 5 days without my car.

I had looked under my car and saw drops of oil all over the bottom of the engine.

Ive had my car back for a couple of days now, and so far there does not appear to be any leaks. You should definitely bring it in to have the dealer check it out.

My 2002 MDX has a fluid leak around the base of a transducer on the lower front left corner of the transmission. The fluid drips down just inside the left from tire. It leaks after getting the fluid pressure up with several miles of interstate driving.

The dealer service techs tried tightening it, but to no avail. They take it back tomorrow to replace the sensor. The vehicle is one month old with about 300 miles.

Did I mention how much I like my new X ???? NO Problems, leaks, noise, or squeeks. Good luck with all of your problems/leaks, I hope they are resolved quickly and without a bunch of BS.
