Not that I can recall. Might be 1 or 2 but hardly prevalent. As you know the main issues for '01s have been The Thud and Weeping Mirrors. Bellteck's was an engine issue (bought back as you know).
What are they talkin' about over there -- someone bring up another pisspoor ML quality survey that they're answering with the usual "well at least it doesn't catch fire" (X5) responses?

It's rather ironic that they like to discuss the MDX tranny on the ML board, cuz when a guy posted over there that the transfer case on his '00 ML430 blew, it got deleted soon after I posted a link to it on this board 
I still have the message i.d. number to prove its former existence. Thus, I would rank the credibility of that board as a "0" on a scale of 1 to 10

I'm sure that someone somewhere has had a problem but they are few and far between as far as I know. Being in this business I try to keep from bashing other products but I will assure you if I were looking for another SUV other than the MDX, the ML's would not be in the running period.
