I want to do a trans oil cooler & eliminate the one in the bottom of the radiator but my only concern is will it have any effect on the a/c since the cooler is mount in front of the a/c condenser blocking it and it’s also hot air going from the trans cooler to the condenser, I would think this would effect the performance of the a/c?????

Cooling is good. Over cooling or not allowing the transmission fluid to come up to operating temp is bad. That's why I used a TruCool model that has a thermal bypass so that the fluid comes up to temp before it is cooled and won't circulate through the cooler at all in extremely cold weather if it doesn't reach the minimum temp. The reason most cars use a trans cooler that is internal in the radiator is the coolant temp warms up before the trans fluid and helps the trans fluid get to operating temp sooner, then helps cool it by circulating trans fluid that is 250 degrees through coolant that is 180 degrees.
