I have 2013 MDX @ 32,000 miles.

At constant pressure to the throttle, the RPM oscillates up and down just enough to be felt especially around 55 mph.

when it starts to oscillate, I either let go or give little more throttle and it oscillation disappears.

What could be the reason for this?

How frequent is the oscillation? If it's very frequent, it could be a failing torque converter in the transmission or bad/dirty transmission fluid.

If it's not very frequent, it could be the A/C compressor cycling on and off.

Could be a Torque Converter issue... TC Locking and Unlocking.

It's your car telling you, you should never go that speed limit. You are slowing everyone down.

I think you might find more cases of this symptom if everyone went 55.

I agree with the two above. See if you have any stored ecu codes.
