GLOVE BOX PROBLEM RESOLVED
I had the same problem with my glove box since I picked up the car. I did everything possible: Silicon, adjustment etc. to no avail. The last time I was at the dealer I asked to look at the problem.
Here is the kicker: When I returned to pick up the car, the dealer showed me a large hook -- roughtly 24" long and 1/2 inch wide. It looked like something you use to go shark fishing. Anyway, to my surprise the dealer said that they removed the hook from behind my glovebox.
The dealer mentioned that maybe I put a hook in my glovebox that slid behind the panel -- I can tell you a for a fact that I had never seen this hook before in my life. Anyway, my guess is that this was a type of hook car companies use in their plants to put parts in their place. I am almost sure of this, since I had a chance to tour an auto plan a few years back and saw similar types of hooks use to move crates and boxes.
Needless to say the problem is completely resolved. No noise, rattle or anything else for that matter. However, I am a bit worried about Acura Quality Control. What is next -- I will find a robot arm inside the engine
