This would be an issue to be diagnosed. Generally would start with a evac and recharge of the a/c system, but since that's done, it's time to look for an internal system clog. There's a diagnostic bulletin for this that I'm trying to find. I did have a customer come in with a TL with similar issues (new a/c compressor, warm on pass, cold on driver). We ended up finding the expansion valve was filled with metal particulates partially clogging the system. But realize this clog can occur elsewhere in the a/c system and create similar issues, so it does need to be properly diagnosed.
