Need some suggestions. This isn't my first time changing spark plugs, but it is the first time changing them on my 06' MDX.

I replaced them with OEM Denso plugs and thought everything went smoothly. At the same time, I replace the dust/pollen filter and the air filter. After starting up the car, everything seemed fine.

The next day, the VTM-4, VSA, CEL, and ABS lights all came on. I checked the OBD-II codes and nothing was stored. The car seems to drive fine.

Admittedly, I did not check the gap as they were pre-gapped and came in the protective sleeve. Could a bad gap be the issue? I torqued them down to spec and used a bit of anti-seize as well.
