Just returned from a 4 hour trip on the PA turnpike that left my '02 Black touring looking slightly white! It snowed on & off for most of the trip and the salt spray had me fill up the windshield washer reservoir twice. When I opened up the hood to refill washer fluid, my perfectly clean engine compartment ( only 1,000 miles) looked like someone sprayed it with a white powder! Anyone of you real snow birds have any suggestions for cleaning up the salt spray in the engine compartment? By the way, the X handled great on snow packed roads! I wish the turnpike had been snow covered instead on salt & slush. Thanks
