I'm not sure this picture is enough to determine whether it's an OEM or not. If we had a picture of the bare rotor with some identification on the rotor cap - may be.

Also, by saying OEM it doesn't mean that the mechanic meant an actual OEM, but most likely a third party so called "direct replacement". After all, why would a local shop have OEM parts? It's not like they specialize on one brand only, so it wouldn't make sense to keep multiple sets of OEM parts in stock for them at all.

Who cares? If it is quiet and stops correctly brakes are brakes. OEM brakes are not the best. Places like Rockauto sell probably a dozen brake discs thst would be superior to the OE Acura part at a lot less money.
BTW it is Brakes, not breaks. Break= you damaged something.

Rotor and break pad... but when i compare it with my rear rotor
front and rear rotors are of a different design because the rear accommodates the parking brakes parts.

Car BRAKES stop a car. Car BREAKS may leave you stranded as in "to break" something. An egg "breaks" when dropped.
