Road Rash on Wheel - Repair Options?

Somehow obtained this on the passenger front wheel yesterday! "Obtained" meaning I didn't do it, but only suspect who did! Anyway, I know nothing about wheel repair, but was hoping to get some advice. Can this be fixed at all? Also, I did some preliminary searching on a new wheel and seems to be pretty scarce for the Advance style wheels. Wondering if anyone has any advice on how to source a new one (most economically) if I can't repair? Thanks!
