Well, I went and did it. Rubbed the right corner of the rear bumper of my new (5/5/02) Tafetta White Navi/Tour against a telephone pole. No structural damage to the bumber, but scratches and color layer removed in a few spots. My question is, can the bumper be repainted or must it be replaced?

It can be repainted. My wife's Accord just had it done a month ago (my fault), and I'm going to need it on my X. Just make sure the painter puts the "flex" additive into the paint and/or clearcoat. It cost $332 on her Accord.
