Is there such thing as a euro rear fog lights option in our MDXes?

Nope, the only thing you can do is mount a nice (not too obvious) model additional one and a switch near the steering wheel.
Only pic of rear foglight on my car that I have available now, you can see it under the bumper just left of the towhook

Could you not hook something up into the reflectors in the bottom of the rear bumper (as long as you don't have a newer model year where those are now exhaust ports).

On the cars for the Chinese market there are fog lights. Try to order from there
