Well folks. After only about 8 weeks my new 2002 MDX is in and ready to be picked up tomorrow. I ordered a silver MDX in mid October and was told to expect it in February. Last week on Thursday the dealer called and said one had arrived that I could have now if I wanted. So as of tomorrow, I will have my Explorer for sale (unless my 19 year old daughter can talk me into keeping it for her ).

When we went to give the new wheels a quick drive on Friday I noticed five brand new, silver 2002's had been unloaded in one shipment. I guess they got a big batch in all one color and that is why I got to jump up the line. My lucky day!

This forum has been a great source of info while I lurked here waiting for the ship to arrive. Thanks to everyone for their helpful insights.

I got the MDX from Northwest Acura in Calgary. Alta.

As soon as I can see it in the daylight I will take some pics and post them here. Up in Canada at this time of year, it is dark when I leave for work and dark when I come home.
