I haven't been able to enter a PIN number and I don't know why. I read the manual where it says that if you haven't entered a PIN number then you can press Done and it will allow you to enter an address. So I did this and stores "Home". I then tried to enter a 4 digit PIN number so that it would recognize me as User1 and it reads back incorrect PIN number. Except how can it be incorrect if I haven't stored one to begin with? What am I doing wrong?

If I remember correctly you default pin number is the pin number on the card that you received in the owners manual that allows to use the radio or navi if the battery is ever disconnected. Then you should be able to enter in your own pin number... It has been awhile and the dealer walked me through it. (wasn't really paying attention at the time) Best advice is to ask your dealer if you still have problems.

My default PIN was actually blank. After punching in several different numbers, I finally just pressed DONE without any number and got in. Then I was able to change my PIN to something else.
