In the end, we were very pleased with the deal we received from them. We had some negative experiences, but we believe they, in the end, cared very much how we felt about their customer service. I would buy from them again, and I would work with Tony F. (if he was still a salesman) or Shaye J. without hesitation. They were very informed and knew the MDX well. Customer relations also depend on conflict resolution, and even though our experience was not completely smooth sailing, we were satisfied because they made it right in the end! I feel as though I will be treated very well by the dealership as I return for maintenance or (hopefully not) warranty work. I hope so!:)
