I got mine done at local Tweeter, bad experiance.250 They did not use a support and just attached it to the headliner, it bounced like jello. I had to redo it, and did it right. I didnt raise too much of a issue since I got the whole system for a steal. BUT what ever you do ask them exactly how they intend to attach it, and wheter they will use a bracket. BTW I copied cdawgs http://www.acuramdx.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4882&highlight=bracket install and my RES is solid! If you take the time and research, you can do it your self.
installed by Pacific Car Stereo in Hayward. If you want them to do it let me know so I can call my contact over there so you can get the install for way less than a thousand dollars. I'll even ask him to throw in a couple of wireless headphones for you. E-mail me at [email protected] if you are interested.
Looking for a shop that has done the ADS to basic suspension conversion. Can't stomach the $4K+ cost at the dealership to replace the ADS. Has anyone in the SF Bay Area had a good experience with a local mechanic for this job? Thanks.
