Hey all, I may be late to the game here, but Crest Acura in Syracuse has known that I have been complaining of excessive oil consumption for years... long before I knew any others were having the same issue. I drove 200 miles round trip twice to have the MDX checked, but they insisted that "it was fine" I have since been carrying quarts of oil with me everywhere I go to top off. I was not part of the class action lawsuit, because I did not know about it... Thankful now, because my engine died at 125,000 miles and I am planing on a lawsuit of my own. The dealership is not taking any responsibility. Any advice?!?
