Heard some clicking noise from rear unit and suspected a bad air mix motor, turns out its the blower, sounds like it has leaves or some debris inside. Thinking maybe clean it up and see but looks like alot of work to get to it, remove entire center console? To get to the air mix motor, I just pulled back rear a/c panel and accessed through drivers side by pulling back plastic cover. I can see the blower and tell the sound is coming from it but doesn't look very easy to remove. Any advise appreciated. BTW the rear a/c works fine, just very noisy.

Upon further inspection, there is a fair amount of moisture on outside of blower, not sure if this is normal or not.

Well after a fair amount of research, I decided it could be water I'm hearing, so squeezed underneath car and agitated the drain. Lots of gunk and water came out. Problem solved!
