Need help writing fax.

AS suggested by ardvarkus I am going to write a letter to fax to my sales person and sales manager, to verify that I DO NOT want any accessories on my B/E Tour/Navi X. Which has a build date of April 10th. Can someone write me a quick letter, my girl is cutting a tooth, havent gotten much sleep. I would fill in th names etc

I emailed the dealer, got a mail receipt confirmation. Brought a hard copy with me when I went to pick up the car. Never need to show that to them. The dealer just honored my request....NO ACCESSORIES!
