One trick I've learned is to get a long metal stick like a crowbar or long screw driver and while the engine is running, place the tip of the rod in the center of the pulley. Then place your ear on the other end. Listen to the sound on each pulley and the loudest pulley is the issue.

Well, 2 separate Honda service managers told me it was definitely the P/S. I’m going to warranty out my advance auto pump, and if that one doesn’t help, I guess I’m going to try and find an OEM pump to put on there.
