neuneleven fixed you up on the price discrepancy. Some Honda/Acura dealers don't show the destination in their advertising. Others do.

MSRP won't change due to demand. Occasionally there will be changes throughout a production year, but rarely is that more than a few hundred $$. Dealers can obviously sell for more than MSRP if they want but that's a lousy move as a consumer. If inventory is tight in your area, just wait it out or go elsewhere. My dealer has over 80 in stock already and priced me an AWD Tech for $47k. I didn't even ask them for a quote, but they gave me a '17 loaner while my '12 was in for service and of course the sales guy put together a little deal sheet in case I was interested.
