Took it to dealer service. They have seen this problem(at least 3 more cases). I was told that the a combination of seat spring/support/foam are not packed properly and are rubbing against each other. They are going to fix it by reassembling the seat with some additional padding at at places. It is a days job!
more seat noises - front passenger seat squeaking noise
Front passenger side seat back around the right shoulder ( towards the door) make a significant squeaking noise. This sound is reproducible when not driving just by hard squeezing the area. Any body has this problem? Again looks like a coil loose or air rushing out/in.

problem fixed. Acura service found that a loose clamp was hitting a spring, reattaching the clamp fixed the problem.
