Mdx will not sta running/dash doesn't light up either

Hi,I have a 2008 acura mdx that will that turns over but will not stay running.it'll start and turn over but will not stay running longer then 2 seconds.my dash also doesn't come on.could my problem be a relay fuse.if so where is it located.anyone,please help,need to get to work.
