Some replies to the previous posts:

• Thanks Davegood - I recommend that any MDX owners within striking distance of eachother (bad choice of words there) make the effort to get together, it's great fun. I can't tell you what a riot it was to meet the actual Remery in person!
  
  In fact, I invite the whole site over to Remery's house - stop in anytime! (Watch for the dog though...)
  
• The silver stuff on my roof has no squirrel parts or duct tape, it's tinsel that progressively disintegrated as I made my way across the midwest. There are still a few shards hanging on, I figure they'll be gone by Groundhog's day.
  
• Black squirrels are a color phase of the grey squirrel (one of those useless facts I feel obligated to report).
