This may have been out here before, but I haven't seen it, so here it is.

Thanks, I enjoyed that. The reporter seemed impressed (and a little bit surprised) by the MDX's off-road capabilities :)
Cool Video

Thanks for the link to the video.
Quite impressive! I don't think I'll be trying that with mine but it's fun to know its possible.
Thanks again...

Thanks for the link to the video.
I think that goofy host was a bit exaggerated with his comments about the third row seating of the MDX.
Has anyone actually tried to cook on their manifold? Doesn't sound too apetizing, we get enough smog already here in L.A.:D

Agree. The off-road capability on the video was amazing. Honda seems very modest on what this car can do. Some other brands would be bragging about it, yet, who knows, may fail on this road test.

On the seat.. I have taken adults out on the 3rd row seat. Their comment was " this is more comfortable than Expedition's"
;)
Link still works, neat video, thanks.

Here is another movie on VTM

Funny... XStatic's link works for me, but the first movie won't work for me. Media Player opens up and says it can't find the file.
The 1st video is great demonstrating off-road capability of the MDX. It is the first video shown in public showing such a difficult climbing condition by the MDX with one rear wheel lift in the air while the others taking the power to move the vehicle.

I have not seen other SUVs showing such a video.

Good job and thanks. :4:
Yeah, I too saw a couple spots where the X has it's feet in the air ... both front and rear. Also saw where that smacked that marker coming around that corner out of the course.

Note to driver: the VTM4 Lock button works better if the light actually goes ON. :p
One wheel up in the air!
awesome!!! you will get my 5star rating!
:D
Thanks for the post, great video. But actually, I'm glad I didn't see it sooner. I took an off-road excursion trying to find a back way to Sunset Crater near Flagstaff. I finally reached a point on a rutted cinder covered hill climb where I decided to give up. Had to back down the narrow road. If I had seen this video, I might have tried to keep going and gotten into real trouble. Great to know the X can perform like this if necessary. But I think I'll save this kind of trip for the old CJ-5.
