My Mdx 2009 suddenly loses and regains power on the electrical system(s) that controls the following...rear camera,sound system,navigation, key less entry remote control...Any suggestions as to what may be causing this system failure?

not sure what your problem might be but i would start with basics check your battery and all the connections
