I got mine at California Auto Trends. Their number is 1 (800) 500-2404 in case you haven't already tried them yet. I guess they're on backorder cuz they make the 'X look awesome

Yeah, that Gator is quickly getting more pictures of his 'X on this site than I have of mine - I'm gonna have to get busy...![]()

Not sure how much it would cost. I did mine myself and it was pretty straightforward. In fact, this is one job I'd recommend you do yourself, cuz you want to spend the time to do it right (to avoid scratching the stainless steel and seizing the bolts). As I recall, the only tools I needed to use were a socket set and a wrench. It would have helped to have another pair of hands. I'm sure you and your husband will have no trouble doing the install assuming at least one of you have full use of your arms and legsDawn Gordon said:My husband said he would kill me if I did any off-roading with the X. I'll look for you in PB.

P.S. How much would a car mechanic charge to install those side steps?

Hey Ghost, correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Dawn just use the word "NICE" in reference to YOUR pics, while she chose to describe MINE as "GREAT"?ghost said:Hey all, Just in case Gators grainy photos discourage you from the Maniks, here's what they outta look like:
Actually Ghost, I'm currently running a pentium IV with a sony 17" monitor (picture is absolutely stunning btw) and I can even make out the dirt on your mufflerghost said:And come Christmas when you get your monitor out of 640 x 480 resolution (those Apple II's are notorious for distortion) , you'll see that the steps are perfectly aligned.
See you tomorrow, eh?
