i have a new 2002 tour w/nav only one week and 450 miles just noticed the other day i lost my arrow for north direction and have an icon pointing up with an letter n in it. doesn't move anymore stays stable. at same time noticed i can't map and previos addresses it will show a non-moving screen of location but no directions or voice commands. it will map a new address and talk and map with visual directions, but once it maps the first time when i go into previous address it will not map a second time. it automatically takes a new address and makes it a previous once mapped. can't remap on previous wherever my location is. is there a way to reboot the system or re-set the system. i think also my location is a little off from prior to this problem any idea's or did anyone with 2001 model have this problem? any input appreciated

The North arrow in the upper right corner works two ways. If you touch the icon it switches between the two:
1) Always points north, map always oriented north up
2) Points in the direction you are going, map rotates depending on the diretion you are traveling.
Note the 2nd option is not available unless you are zoomed in somewhat. When you are zoomed way out it always points north.
