Has anyone noticed that there is a small space ( 1 1/4") between the driver's seat and the center console? Loose change and other small objects sometimes have fallen through this crack. Moving the seat back or using my hand to get it out is practically impossible. Any other suggestions? The passenger side seat is practically touching the center console so I don't have a problem on that side. Is this a design or manufacturing flaw?

I think most car has this type of space between the seats and center console. I suggest you to move your seat as forward as possible, then try to get (reach) it from the second row.

Tried your suggestion, however, no luck. My previous cars had such a space but I was always able to reach down with my hand and get things out. Guess I'll just have to be more careful about not letting things fall down there.
