In headrest?

This is an interesting thread. I've heard that there may be custom solutions that could be mounted in the frontseat headrests. Obviously a permanent situation, but would resolve some of the other issues mentioned.

I'm in no hurry, and will watch how the posts here go and how technology evolves. (how bout an in dash solution?!)
