I just had a Nokia handsfree kit installed in my MDX, and I didn't like where the tech put the external speaker (down by the passenger's right foot, where it's visible and can be accidentally kicked.) Of course, I didn't want him to put it there, but by the time he returned my car, there it was.

So now I want to have the speaker moved, but it will leave two small holes in the plastic where the screws were. Is there any product out there that can be used to patch these holes? If not, he can put tiny color matched plugs in the holes. (I have the saddle interior.) Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Your dealer probably has a "vinyl repair guy" who services the dealer. He should be able to fill the holes and then spray with proper color.

If the holes are small and down by the passenger's right foot, sounds to me like the little plugs the installer suggested might be fine [you'd be the only one to know]. Worth thinking about.
