I am interested to purchase this kit.
I want to know if you guys want to do a group buy again this year for this HID?

Let's organize a group buy for this kit, again.
Probably they can lower the price further.

Thanks.

Anyone?

We had a group buy in the past for $599 including shipping for the Stage 2 6000k set and I believe $499 including for the 4500k Stage 1 system. My still work fine and I believe the company is excellent as far as follow up or answering any questons on install or problems.

Cool!

Looks like we can get the (Stage 1) 4100K Philips system now for $440 and the (Stage 2) 6000K Philips system for $579.

I prefer the regular 4100K (Stage 1) bulbs myself; the point of HIDs for me is to put a lot more usable light on the ground. That they're cheaper is even better.

I tried the Stage 2 lights in my F350 and found that they were too dim for my use. I swapped them for the Stage 1 bulbs and the output was dramatically better.

I was unsatisfied with the light output of the Stage 2 bulbs; the Stage 1 bulbs are great.

If anyone has any questions regarding the differences, let me know.

Thanks,
Steve

I think it's 3200 lumens output for the 4300K (Stage 1) vs 2400 lumens output for the 6000K (Stage 2) bulbs.

That's a 33% increase in lumens over the Stage 2 bulbs.

Lumens are a standard measure of light output.

It's definitely noticeable.

I would never pay more money for dimmer lights. Cool or not.
