I bought a TLX last month and for the life of me, I cannot get the AcuraLink app fully functioning. I have called to have my PIN reset SEVEN times today, after resettting it myself twice and getting a tech person to reset it twice, followed by advice from customer service, all to NO avail! All this after attempting to enter my PIN to activate some of the remote features, which wont even work with FaceID.

Any recommendations, suggestions, sympathy?? UGH!!!

Try pushing the blue assist button on the roof and asking them for help, preferably during weekday work hours. Those reps seem to be able to fix more acuralink problems than other channels.
