So I want to do a clean hardwiring where I have a 12 Volt Outlet where I cut the end of the wire where the positive wire is connected to the Fuse Tap and the other wire grounded on the the metal.
I connect the Fuse Tap on the Acc Fuse on the driver side fuse box. But once it is connected when I start the car, the screen will not work. When I unplug the Fuse Tap and just connect the 7.5 amp fuse direct to the fuse box the screen will work. Am I doing something wrong on connecting the Fuse Tap onto the fuse box? Is there another fuse where I can tap to?

Just confirming you added another 7.5A fuse to the fuse tap (total 2 x 7.5A: original + new)? Please refer to dashcamtalk.com/forum/threads/piggy-back-fuseholders-a-right-way-and-a-wrong-way.7524, this link has some discussion regarding Fuse Tap setup. Sorry i cannot post link/pic as i have insufficient post count.

BTW Fuse28 is 'ACC Key Lock' (also 7.5A for 2017 MDX)

Hope this helps!
