I think Tim is planning on having the tailgate deflector be the March special, so you should pick something else.
Group Buy(s) from Tim
Hi All,
As I ordered my Burlwood shift knob from Tim last week at Hondacuraworld, I begged him to bring back some of his old specials that happened before I joined the 'X' community.
He said he would see what he could do, but he mentioned that if I were to initiate a group buy here at acuramdx.org, he'd bring back the specials independent of his monthly steals. Hopefully, there should be enough of us newbies to help everyone out...
So here's my pitch...
With the 'X' showing up in about 4 weeks, I'm running out of time to get my wife the rest of the goodies she expects on her new truck...okay, I want them too...
Here's my wish list:
Fender Flares
Tailgate Deflector
Towing Package (my dealer says he'll install for $220 if I provide genuine Acura parts...)
I think Tim mentioned 15 as the magic number for group buy. (Tim, if I have misspoken anywhere here, please publicly flog me.)
Anybody interested? If so, please post to this thread.
On a different note, I want to thank everyone for their insight and wisdom. I've learned so much, and it just keeps getting better.
For what it is worth, next to Tim, Zaino is the greatest thing ever created for the auto industry. I've got a 3-year-old black Ford Contour that looked better than it did the day it was delivered after one application...wow!
